Project objectives:

To award and recognise the top Suzuki dealers from India and launch the car manufacturer’s latest vehicle – the Suzuki Dzire.


The guts of it:

Live Event Services proudly worked in collaboration with Gravity Entertainment India to deliver a visual extravaganza showcasing the latest Maruti Suzuki car model (the Dzire) and celebrate its top car dealers from India.


With 900 guests in attendance – having travelled from various parts of India to Sydney – Live Event Services pulled out all the stops to treat the elite international delegates with a sensory experience to remember – from the curation and delivery of exceptional audio visual techniques, through to custom lighting, sound and staging, guests were in awe of the stagecraft and expertise delivered.

To ensure the conference and launch complemented the VIP guest status, Live Event Services installed a 100mx4.5m curved LED screens (the biggest ever deployed in Australia at the time) and in addition a 12m x 2m diameter screen above the audience to deliver a truly unique, encapsulating, visual experience for all attendees.

Also contributing to the grandeur of the room was the unique reveal of the Suzuki Dzire; it was a true showstopper for the event. The Dzire was lowered from the venue’s ceiling using a crane (completely hidden by strategically placed LED screens); an idea immortalised in the event’s agenda just days before the commencement of the conference.


With only a six-week lead time, Live Event Services worked seamlessly alongside Gravity Entertainment India to provide the event’s production design and management services, audio visual solutions, event lighting, logistics, technical drawing and scheduling, organisation of all subcontractors, project management and the liaison with the venue, catering requirements, travel agents, accommodation and artists.


The outcome:
